Gutter cleaning in Evesham
Orchard country is hard on gutters. Blossom in spring, leaves in autumn and field dust in between fill a gutter run faster than anything in town, and the older farm buildings around the Vale have the longest runs of all. We clear them by vacuum from £85.
Gutter clearing in Evesham
We cover Evesham itself plus Bengeworth, Hampton, Badsey, Offenham and Harvington. Properties backing onto orchards or open fields are an annual job without exception; a sheltered house in town can often go two or three years.
Barns, stables and outbuildings are no problem – the poles reach four storeys and the vacuum handles wet silt as well as dry leaves. For farm properties we usually quote the whole site in one go rather than per building.
Where the gutters have been left long enough to grow grass, there is usually staining down the wall as well. We can wash the fascias and the outside of the gutters down in the same visit.
What the job includes
- Water pouring over the edge of the gutter during heavy rain
- Plants, grass or moss visible along the gutter line
- Green or black staining down the wall below the gutter
- Damp patches on an upstairs ceiling or in the loft
- Before selling, letting or having a survey done
Full detail of how we work is on our gutter clearing page, and you can see recent jobs in our gallery.

Frequently asked questions
How much does gutter cleaning cost in Evesham?
From £85, with most three and four-bed houses between £99 and £119. Farm buildings and long runs are quoted per site – send us the address and we will price it.
When is the best time to book?
Late autumn, once the leaves are down. If you back onto orchards it is worth a second look in spring after the blossom.
How much does gutter cleaning cost in Tewkesbury?
Gutter clearing starts at £85, and is typically £99–£119 for a three or four-bed house. Properties with a conservatory or extension, or a third floor, cost more. We quote on the address before we book you in.
How often should gutters be cleaned?
Once a year for most homes. If your property sits under trees, go for autumn every year – that is when the gutters fill fastest.
Do I need to be at home?
No. For exterior work we only need access to the property – please leave side gates unlocked. We’ll text you the day before.
What if it rains?
We work in light to moderate rain – pure water and pressure washing aren’t affected. In storms or high winds we’ll call to rebook.
How do I pay?
You’ll get an invoice by SMS or email after the clean. Pay by bank transfer within 5 working days.

Matt arrived at a time that suited us. The cleaning process was amazing from start to finish. Looks brand new again – will be in touch for additional work.
My sofa is looking brand new again! Stains I couldn’t shift are completely gone and it smells so good. He put shoe covers on without even being asked – 10/10.
Very professional. Matt did a move-out carpet clean and did an amazing job, even getting rid of rust on the carpet. Highly recommend.
So flexible – squeezed me in the day after I contacted him. Punctual, efficient, extremely friendly and reasonably priced.
