What we do with your details when you contact us. Short version: we use them to quote and to do the job, and nothing else.
Who we are

What we collect
- Your name, phone number, email address and the address of the property to be cleaned
- The details you choose to include in the quote form or in messages to us
- Job records, including dates of service, prices and invoices
- Photographs of the work carried out at your property, used for quality control and, with your permission, on our website or social media
Why we use it
- To prepare a quote you have asked for and to arrange the work (performance of a contract)
- To send reminder texts before a scheduled visit and to invoice you afterwards
- To keep records required for accounting and tax purposes (legal obligation)
- To respond to questions, complaints or insurance matters (legitimate interests)
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data and we do not share it for marketing. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business – for example our email provider, website host and accountant – and with insurers or authorities where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Quote enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Customer and invoice records are kept for 6 years, as required by HMRC.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email info@tiger-cleaningservices.com and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If we add website analytics in the future, this page will be updated and you will be asked for consent before any non-essential cookie is set.
