End of tenancy cleaning
A move-out clean has one job: to pass the inventory check. We clean rented houses and flats across Tewkesbury, Cheltenham, Gloucester and Evesham to the standard that letting agents actually inspect against – oven, inside cupboards, skirtings, windows and all.
What the clean includes
- Kitchen – oven, hob, extractor, fridge and freezer, inside and on top of every cupboard
- Bathrooms – limescale removal, grout, screens, taps and extractor fans
- All rooms – skirtings, doors, frames, switches, radiators, light fittings and inside wardrobes
- Floors – vacuumed and mopped throughout, carpets cleaned on request
- Windows cleaned inside, plus exterior glass where access allows
Carpets and upholstery in the same visit
Carpet cleaning is the item inventory clerks flag most often. We can hot-water extract the carpets and any furniture left in the property during the same visit, which is cheaper than booking two firms and means everything is dry and finished before the check-out.
For landlords and agents
We work to a fixed price agreed from the property size and condition, we can collect keys, and we send photos when the job is done so you can re-let without a second visit.

How much is an end of tenancy clean?
It is quoted per property – the number of bedrooms, bathrooms and the condition all matter. Tell us the address and send a couple of photos and we will price it.
Does it include the oven?
Yes, the oven, hob and extractor are part of the standard clean. That is the item most deposits get docked for.
How long does it take?
A two-bed flat usually takes most of a day; larger houses can take two cleaners. We only take one property per day, so we are not clock-watching.
