Price questions
Is the calculator price the price I pay?
It is our standard list price for that property type, so for most houses it is exactly what you pay. We confirm it before the first visit – if access is unusually awkward or there is heavy moss, we will say so first rather than surprise you on the invoice.
Why is the first clean more expensive?
A first or one-off clean takes considerably longer, because nothing has been maintained to a schedule. Once you are on a round, every visit is at the regular price.
What counts as a 3rd floor?
Any window above the usual two storeys – dormers, loft conversions and townhouse top floors. In a flat or maisonette we treat the 2nd floor the same way.
Do you charge extra for frames and sills?
No. Every exterior window clean includes the glass, frames, sills and the front door.
What about Georgian, Victorian or sash windows?
Those are always quoted individually – the glazing bars take far longer than modern units, and the price depends on the property.
How do I pay?
You get an invoice by SMS or email after the clean, payable by bank transfer within five working days. Regular customers are invoiced after every visit.
