Good to know
Do I need to be at home?
No. For exterior work we only need access to the property – please leave side gates unlocked. We’ll text you the day before.
What if it rains?
We work in light to moderate rain – pure water and pressure washing aren’t affected. In storms or high winds we’ll call to rebook.
How do I pay?
You’ll get an invoice by SMS or email after the clean. Pay by bank transfer within 5 working days.
Are you insured?
Yes – we carry public liability insurance for residential and commercial work. Certificate available on request.
What if I’m not happy with the result?
Let us know on the same day and we’ll come back and re-clean the area free of charge within 48 hours.
Do you offer regular contracts for businesses?
Yes – weekly or fortnightly office and communal cleaning, plus scheduled window and gutter maintenance on one invoice.
